About Us

LifeEquip’s mission is to impact local communities with the gospel by partnering with senior pastors to increase the effectiveness of local churches.

Pastors – Imagine facing your ministry challenges backed by peers who have walked in your shoes. Chances are our pastoral team, averaging over 30 years’ experience, has faced similar challenges to what you’re living. We know first-hand the risks associated with being vulnerable and transparent as a senior pastor and we’re here to listen and offer what experience has taught us. We’ll share lessons learned from our personal successes and failures and connect you with a network of pastors you can leverage for guidance, encouragement, and/or accountability. Let us serve you as you fight the good fight from the front lines.

“Leaders & pastors, we’ve been there. We want to create an environment for your leadership growth… From starting out, to transition, to burnout, to sustaining success, we want to share what we’ve learned and are here to serve you.”
