We strive to serve pastors as they fight the good fight from the front lines. LifeEquip’s Pastoral Team, averaging over 30 years’ experience, has walked in the shoes of senior pastors and understands these daily battles and the risks associated with being vulnerable and transparent. We provide help for pastors to support ministry success.

We offer custom solutions for each church to improve operational efficiency to free up the pastor’s time to focus on spiritual development initiatives and so church resources can be re-allocated from internal operations to loving and serving the community. LifeEquip’s Leadership Team consists of pastors, business owners and corporate executives that can relate to a broad spectrum of leadership challenges but also understands the context and challenges of leading in the local church. Help for pastors leads to ministry success.

We work with churches to bring their creative vision to reality and develop and implement sustainable, practical solutions to serve their community. LifeEquip’s Development Team consists of business owners, engineers, and community leaders each of whom have served in the local church.
